Democrats Accuse Republicans Who Chant
“Let’s Go Brandon”
of Culturally Appropriating Democrat Culture
WASHINGTON, D.C. – A large number of Democrats and left-leaning mainstream media members condemn the anti-Biden
chant “Let’s Go Brandon!” (a satirical derivative of “F--- Joe Biden!”) on the grounds that shouting “F” the President is
a well-known aspect of Democrat culture, so when Republicans yell something similar it’s a blatant case of cultural
appropriation.
“The record is clear,” said a DNC spokesperson. “We Democrats are clearly on record yelling ‘F-Trump!’ first. That’s
OUR form of protest."
"And the Republicans are horrible people for coopting it.”
The DNS spokesperson supported this by detailing numerous examples:
In 2016, rapper YG released a protest song "FDT" ("F- Donald Trump"). Today it’s the #1 song on iTunes.
In 2018, the Huffington Post praised a homeless rapper for writing “F-Trump” in graffiti all over Washington DC, calling
it a “street art anthem”.
In 2019, UFC fans at Madison Square Garden yelled the “F-Trump!” lyrics of the YG song at the President himself.
In 2020, the Los Angeles art gallery iam8bit launched f***trump.art, a hybrid virtual exhibition and protest where all of
the works read “F-Trump”.
Today, Etsy sells “F-Trump” decals. You can also buy “F-Trump” t-shirts, “F-Trump” throw pillows, and “F-Trump” wall
tapestries.
“Not to mention all the 'F-Trump' signs seen at Democratic protests,” the DNC spokesperson added.
“Whether it’s Robert De Niro at the Tony awards, Eminem at a concert in England, or Roger Waters on his ‘Us + Them’ tour,
it’s pretty clear that yelling ‘F’ the President is a well-established aspect of the culture of Democrats.”
“Anyone claiming that ‘Let’s Go Brandon!’ is an original Republican thought is lying. They coopted it from us.”
The DNC spokesperson then softened their voice, and with a hurt look in their eyes, said, “I don’t think Republicans
understand how offensive it is for them to coopt our culture,” the spokesperson whimpered. “They need to be more
considerate of us, and our feelings. We should be the only ones allowed to yell ‘F’ the President."

“Next thing you know, Republicans will start appropriating other aspects of Democrat culture: Using the DOJ to spy on opposing
candidates, using the IRS to punish opposing tax-exempt organizations, and using biased fact-checkers as an excuse for
social media companies to shut-down opposing free-speech.”
