Psaki Claims Biden’s Sanctions
Were Just About To Work
But Then The Invasion Happened
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Similar to her previous clean-up after President Biden stated a “small invasion” by Russia would
be OK, today Jen Psaki had to clean-up after the President said "no one expected the sanctions to prevent anything".
“The President did not mean that his sanctions were never intended to prevent Russia from invading Ukraine. He meant that
his sanctions on Russia were working, but then the invasion happened.”
“And his sanctions would have continued to work, if it wasn’t for that darned invasion.”
Critics pointed out that the whole purpose of the sanctions were to be a deterrent, and prevent an invasion. The fact that
the invasion happened was proof the sanctions didn’t work.
Psaki scoffed at this, and said that attitude was another example of Republicans rejecting Biden’s successful efforts at
bipartisanship by refusing to just agree with him.
Psaki then went on to claim Biden’s border policy was working until all those people started crossing, his anti-inflation
efforts were working until prices got so high, and his Afghanistan withdrawal was working until it turned into a disaster
