Biden Spokesperson Claims Biden’s
Senior WH Press Team that Excludes Men is
“Most Diverse Ever”
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Reflecting his desire to have a diverse team, President-elect Biden announced that his senior
White House communications team will exclude men.
Jen Psaki, Biden’s future press secretary, reacted by tweeting, “By excluding men, we’ll have the most diverse
team in history.”
Biden’s future communications director, Kate Bedingfield, agreed, saying, “Diversity is important, which is why we want
to have only one gender on the team.”
“When working towards diversity, it’s important to omit certain groups of people,” continued Bedingfield. “Everyone
knows how men think, so they don’t provide an important point of view. It’s more diverse if we have a group of just
seven women.”
Psaki and Bedingfield also highlighted that they stood up in each other’s’ weddings, showing that the two of them will
provide even further diversity.
When reporting this, the Washington Post stated, “It is the first time all of the top aides tasked with speaking on behalf
of an administration and shaping its message will be female.”
In response, Kayleigh McEnany tweeted:
“President @realDonaldTrump already has an ALL FEMALE Senior White House Press
Team.
So does @VP.
So does @FLOTUS.
So does @SecondLady.”
The Washington Post responded, “That doesn’t count.”
