WASHINGTON, D.C. – In a recent blog post, Massachusetts Democrat Elizabeth Warren proposed we pay off student loans using tax-payer money.
In response, President Trump proposed we pay off student loans using Elizabeth Warren's money.
"She should put her money where her mouth is," said Trump. "Her OWN money. She's worth between $4 M and $11 M, making her one of
the ‘rich elites’ that she says aren't paying their fair share. On top of that, she worked at several universities, and made a lot
of money off the very students who now are being crushed by that debt."
"Once Warren ponies up her own money, then maybe the rest of us can talk about pitching in. We can't accept just her promise to pay, because she
has a long history of trying to be an ‘Indian Giver’."
