Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a New York City "Subway Denier"

NEW YORK, NEW YORK – Despite her Green New Deal saying that we need to ban all fossil-fuel powered vehicles and use mass transit, the NY Post reported that Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been skipping using the NYC subways in favor of using fossil-fuel powered vehicles.

In response, AOC replied that she was "living in the world as it is".

Evidently, in her world, New York City doesn't have a subway system.

A leading transportation scientist disagrees. "The science is settled," he said. "Subways exist."

"Anyone disbelieving this is a ‘subway denier’."

In addition to being a "subway denier", AOC also denies other aspects of reality: That the Green New Deal is impractical, unaffordable, will have disastrous side effects, and will likely not solve the problem.
